Youth Level 1: Beginner; No experience necessary; will work on basic stroke development, breathing techniques, and underwater skills. Youth Level 2: Advanced beginner; Swimmer should be able to swim 20 feet unassisted, float on front and back independently, and show some basic stroke develpment. The class will work on furthering strokes and independence in the water, in both the deep and shallow ends. Youth Level 3: Intermediate; Swimmers should be able to swim 45 feet unassisted. Show three definitive strokes, be able to tread water in the deep end. They will continue with stroke development and learn diving skills. Youth Level 4: Advanced; Swimmers should be able to swim 75 feet unassisted, show three defined strokes, float for 6 minutes unaided, and be able to dive. This class will focus on improving strokes, diving technique, and increasing endurance. Private lessons also available.
